About Kiwanis Club of Punta Gorda
Our Club
The Kiwanis Club of Punta Gorda is dedicated to serving the children of our community. We aim to improve the lives of young people through various outreach programs and initiatives. Our club has a 100 year history and tradition; we were founded in December 22, 1925. Some of our major events and fundraisers are Christmas Card Lane, Christmas at East, Mr. Swindles Traveling Peculiarium, Aqui Esta road clean-up, Caring for Kids Car Show, and Visanni Comedy Night, We are one of the founding clubs of the Kiwanis Foundation of Charlotte Countgy that provides scholarships to local seniors planning on attending college. We are an active club!
