July Jubilee!
Our 100 year Anniversary is happening january 24, 2026 and we still need committee members
We need a few volunteers for our Program Committee! Some of the things the program committee is responsible is getting pictures/newspaper clips/items from past Kiwanis clubs, setting up the program for the evening and having a detailed list of the schedule that night, finding presenters, putting together a program booklet to send to marketing committee for printing, and seating chart.
We are hoping to have 3 socials in the month of july!
July 3rd, Beef O'Brady's will be closed for cleaning, so we will be planning a breakfast for this day at 8;30 am at Skillets on Peachland/Kings Highway in Port Charlotte
July 24th we will have a social at Monty's Restaurant and Pizzeria at 5 pm
July 31st we will have a social at FM Don's at 11:45 AM
July 17 will be our Round table meeting!
July 17 is an important meeting because we will be assigning people to different jobs for our 2 main service projects:
Caring for Kids
Christmas at East
Both of these projects actually start in July! We need to make sure that we have all the sponsors in place to help us with the events! You will each receive a general schedule of what and when things happen from now until December. This will not be a complete list, but it will get us on the right track!
